Crate 55 Return Policy
All of our crates and signs are handmade—cut, sanded, and distressed by hand—so each one is perfectly imperfect and truly one‑of‑a‑kind.
Because of this, all handmade items (crates and signs) are final sale and non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your handmade item arrives damaged:

Email me at cratefiftyfive@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Once reviewed, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Apparel & Accessories

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Exchanges: The fastest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card to post the refund.
